Delta-F- Trace Moisture Analyzers

Delta F moisture analyzers use Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology to measure moisture in gases. TDLAS is a spectroscopic technique that uses a diode laser as its light source. TDLAS has advantages over other techniques because the moisture sample only comes in contact with a few optical components that are made from very robust materials. It works according to the fundamental principle of Beer's law; therefore the reading is stable over time and does not ever require calibration.

DF-760 (Dual moisture & oxygen) - H₂0 LDL: 0.2 ppb; H₂O Range: 20 ppm; O₂ LDL: 0.07 ppb
DF-750 - LDL: 0.2 ppb; Range 20 ppm
DF-745 - LDL : 2ppb; Range: 20 ppm (spec sheet)
DF-740 (Moisture in NH₃) - LDL: 10 ppb; Range 10 ppm
DF-730 (Moisture in HCl) - LDL: 1 ppb; Range: 10 ppm

Moisture Product Options:

HSS1 - Hydrogen Safety System with Pump Purge
HSS2 - Hydrogen Safety System without a Pump Purge
ISO - Isolation package (DF-745 Only)
