Delta-F - Trace Oxygen Analyzers

Delta F has been the technology leader in oxygen analysis for years with their unique non-depleting electrochemical sensor technology. Their coulometric sensors eliminated the need for replacing sensors by not depleting over time. The new E-Sensor is Delta F’s revolutionary non-depleting coulometric technology reinvented.

Oxygen Sensors
Oxygen Analyzers Quick Selection Guide

DF-100E Series
Analog-base product line that offers good value

  • DF-150E – general purpose industrial analyzer - 25% down to 10 ppm; 1 or 3 ranges; many options and remote sensors

560E Nano Trace II DF-500E Series
Premium performance for the semiconductor (UHP gas) industry.

 General Specifications
- LDL:  200 ppt (.2 ppb)
- Resolution: 100 ppt
- Accuracy: 0.5 ppb or 3% of reading
DF-560E
- LDL: 75 ppt (0.75 ppb)
- Resolution: 50 ppt
- Accuracy: 0.1 ppb or 3% of reading
 Typical Applications
Semiconductor Fabs
- Bulk gas monitoring & receiving
- Process carts – mobile troubleshooting analyzers
- ASU’s for gas production
Olefin (PE & PP) Manufacturing
- Reactor feed purity

500 Breathing Monitor The Series 500 Breathing Air Monitor eliminates the problems caused by inaccurate oxygen readings due to drift or low false readings. It offers:
  • Reliability - the sensor doesn't decay over time - there are no false low readings
  • Stability - little or no recalibration over time
  • Environmental sensitivity - automatically adjusts to minor environmental changes without affecting true oxygen deficiency response
  • Failsafe operation - battery backup picks up when AC power stops so you will always be safe
