The FGAII stack gas emissions analyzers use advanced dual sensor technology to measure the levels of up to 7 pollutant gases in a single compact unit.

FGAII gas analyzers carry a wide range of compliance and performance approvals including those from the US-EPA, UK MCERTS and German TÜV.

Our measurement technique ensures stable long-term operation with high accuracy and very low drift. Engineered for ease of maintenance and packaged for the industrial environment, FGAII stack gas emissions analyzers are simple to install and trouble-free in operation.

FGAII Series stack gas emissions analyzers can measure up to 7 gases in a single instrument.

Gases Measured and Calculated:

  • Carbon Monoxide (CO)
  • Oxygen(O2)
  • Nitric Oxide (NO)
  • Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2)
  • Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) - calculated where NO2 sensor not fitted
  • Sulfur Dioxide (SO2)
  • Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
Features and Benefits
  • Fully integrated system in a single compact box - up to 7 gases in a single analyzer
  • Wide measurement range - from 0 - 10 ppm up to 0 - 50,000 ppm
  • Universally accepted, certified performance - complies with the latest monitoring standards
  • Simple, low maintenance - all maintenance carried out on-site
  • High measurement performance - ADST ultra-low drift measurement technology
  • Measured Total NOx (NO + NO2) - separate sensors for true NOx monitoring
  • Automatic calibration option - for continuous unattended operation in compliance monitoring applications
  • Simple installation - no need for expensive air-conditioned enclosures

Advanced Dual Sensor Technology

The FGAII continuous emissions monitor uses Advanced Dual Sensor Technology (ADST) to measure specific pollutant gasses. This technique ensures stable long-term operation with high accuracy and ultra-low drift. FGA series emissions analyzers are simple to install and use, and trouble free in operation.

True NOx measurement

The FGAII is designed for very low level NOx measurement. The analyzer measures both NO and NO2 separately, these are combined to give a true NOx measurement output. The inherent problems with NO2 converters are therefore completely avoided.

NO Heated Sample Lines

Heated sample lines are not required in most applications. The sample gas is cooled and dried inside the ChillerProbe - advanced flue gas sample system.

Engineered for the future

  • Excellent low level emissions capability
Wide range of sensor options operating in a controlled environment, to provide the precision necessary for the level measurements required by legislative limits
  • Wide ambient temperature range without air conditioner Measurement sensors are temperature controlled
  • Heated sample line not required in most applications
Sample gas is cooled and dried inside the probe
  • Suitable for outdoor installation without a protective shelter Weatherproof, stainless steel NEMA 4X / IP65 enclosure
  • Low maintenance requirement
A complete service takes less than an hour.
  • Recover lost emissions data and assist fault diagnosis
Internal data log can recall lost emissions data where a DAS fails, plus store vital instrument operating history to assist fault diagnosis
  • Easy to install anywhere
The analyzer is only 600 mm /24 “square and weighs less than 50 kg / 110 lb (single stream version)
