Thermo DensityPro+ with Remote Transmitter

DensityPRO+ Integrated Gamma Density System with Remote Transmitter                  Download printable brochure

Thermo Scientific DensityPRO+ density system with remote transmitter offers users a wide range of features similar to the DensityPRO integrated density gauge product with the addition of a separate transmitter. Remote transmitter incorporates a detection and measurement design allowing for use of extremely small sources in the most challenging process conditions.

Details:

Following the unparalleled popularity of the SGD Density Gauge, weare proud to introduce the next generation nuclear density gauge, the DensityPRO+.  The DensityPRO+ offers users a wide range of featuressimilar to our DensityPRO integrated density gauge product with theaddition of a separate transmitter.  The DensityPRO+ incorporates adetection and measurement design allowing for use of extremely smallsources in the most challenging process conditions where pipe sizes mayrange from 1" (25.4 mm) to 40" (1020 mm).

  • Non-contacting design makes the DensityPRO+ ideal for abrasive, corrosive, high pressure and high temperature applications
  • Easy-to-use english language user interface makes for simple set-up and calibration
  • DensityPRO+can accept an external 4 to 20mA flowmeter input, calculate mass-flow,and output this data over one of three available isolated 4 to 20mAoutputs
  • Isolated loop-powered and isolated self powered current output available
  • To satisfy a wide range of application needs, the DensityPRO+ is available with a scintillator or ion-chamber detector
  • ThePVT (Polyvinyl Toluene) scintillation detector used in the DensityPRO+is designed to be resistant to moisture and shock damage unlikecompetitive devices using Nal detectors
  • Availablecommunications options include HART protocol, Model 9734 hand-heldcommunicator and TN Comm PC user interface. The Model 9734 easesinstallation time by allowing uploads/downloads of gauge configurationto/from PC
  • Self-diagnostic and alarm history software reduce troubleshooting time

Certifications:
  • ATEX and CSA-US approved

Recommended for:
  • Ideal for product process lines
  • Product interface detection
