Oxygen Analyzers

Ametek offers two Product Lines of Oxygen Analyzers. The CG-Series oxygen analyzers are designed for laboratory and industrial applications for sampling non-combustible gases. The Thermox line of oxygen analyzers are designed for monitoring and controlling combustion processes.

	Oxygen Analyzers for laboratory and industrial applications
	CG1000 Oxygen Analyzer The CG1000 is a portable oxygen analyzer designed for industrial and laboratory applications. It has a wide operating range (0.1 ppm to 100% O2, autoranging), a fast response to oxygen changes, and advanced electronic capabilities for easy system integration. Download brochure.
	Furnace Atmosphere Control Analyzers for Combustion Premix Burner Stations
	CMFA-P 2000 Transportable analyzer typically used in glass container manufacturing plants. The CMFAP (Combustion Mix Flue gas Analalyzer) is capable of post combustion spot sampling at the checker ports on glass furnaces and pre-combustion analysis of air to fuel ratio settings on forehearth premix zones. 	Furnace Atmosphere Control Analyzers for Inert Gas Atmospheres
	TM2000 Oxygen Analyzer The TM2000 oxygen analyzer protects industrial processes by quickly responding to changes using an industry-proven zirconium oxide sensor. It operates within a wide operating range of 0.1 ppm to 100% oxygen, and can accurately respond from atmosphere to low ppm oxygen levels in just seconds. In addition, the TM2000 can detect excess combustibles process upsets in the presence of very low ppm oxygen readings. This unique benefit is particularly important in cryogenic gas generating processes, where the TM2000 can distinguish between an oxygen upset condition and an excess combustibles upset condition. The TM2000 is supported by the state-of-the-art Series 2000 controller, with input and output electronic transient protection and a standard weatherproof housing.
