UOP
Continuous-Loop Eductor Analyzers for Gas/Oil/Coal-fired Power Generation & Refinery Boilers and Process Heaters
Oxygen only, or combined oxygen, combustibles/methane analyzers in custom and standard configurations for on-demand combustion process control and safety.

Available Models:

  • WDG-IV - OXYGEN/Continuous-Loop sampling and Chimney-effect Convection stack recreates combustion process archetecture within the sensor for highly representative and fast response to changes in flue gas oxygen. Ideal for gas/oil-fired refinery process heaters, reformers, and power or steam boilers with rapidly changing loads. High performance probe and insitu filter materials adapt sensor to coal and other solid fuel-fired applications. High temperature metal and ceramic probe materials allow sampling to 3200°F (1760°C).
  • WDG-IVC - COMBUSTIBLES/OXYGEN w/o METHANE/Continuous-Loop sampling and Chimney-effect Convection stack recreates combustion process archetecture within the sensor for highly representative and fast response to changes in flue gas combustibles and oxygen. Methane detection option for gas-fired purge-down/lite-off safety. Ideal for gas/oil-fired refinery process heaters, reformers, and power or steam boilers with rapidly changing loads. High performance probe and insitu filter materials adapt sensor to coal and other solid fuel-fired applications. No-compromise sensor construction allows placement of sensor in high ambient temperature zones where measurment dictates.
  •  WDG-IV UOP/RP - Close-coupled extractive-continuous loop with return to process sample exhaust low level oxygen analyzer for use in UOP Continuous Catalyst Regeneration process. Suitable for process pressures up to 45 psig.

  Furnace Atmosphere Control Analyzers
Analyzers for Combustion Premix Burner Stations

Analyzers for Combustion Premix Burner Stations
These analyzers are used in glass container and fiber glass manufacturing plants for post combustion analysis of glass furnace flue gas and pre combustion analysis of forehearth and fiberizer burner premix stations.

Available Models

  • CMFA-P 2000 - Transportable analyzer typically used in glass container manufacturing plants. The CMFAP (Combustion Mix Flue gas Analalyzer) is capable of post combustion spot sampling at the checker ports on glass furnaces and pre-combustion analysis of air to fuel ratio settings on forehearth premix zones.
  • PreMix 2000 - Fixed system analyzer used for pre-combustion analysis of forehearth and fiberizer burner stations on fiberglass manufacturing lines.

Analyers for inert gas atmospheres Analyzers for inert gas atmospheres
Analyzers for PPM level Oxygen measurement of inert blanketing gas atmospheres for coating, curing, and surface treatment processes.

Available Models:
  • TM2000 Oxygen Analyzer - The TM2000 oxygen analyzer protects industrial processes by quickly responding to changes using an industry-proven zirconium oxide sensor. It operates within a wide operating range of 0.1 ppm to 100% oxygen, and can accurately respond from atmosphere to low ppm oxygen levels in just seconds. In addition, the TM2000 can detect excess combustibles process upsets in the presence of very low ppm oxygen readings. This unique benefit is particularly important in cryogenic gas generating processes, where the TM2000 can distinguish between an oxygen upset condition and an excess combustibles upset condition. The TM2000 is supported by the state-of-the-art Series 2000 controller, with input and output electronic transient protection and a standard weatherproof housing. The controller is housed separately from the sensor.
  • CG1100 Oxygen Analyzer - The CG1100 is a smart sensor capable of detecting oxygen in your sample from 0.1 ppm to 100%. This analyzer is designed specifically for use in applications where fast response over a wide range of oxygen is required. The sample can be pulled through the analyzer using an aspirator (optional) thereby eliminating the need for a sample pump. The CG1100 uses a zirconium oxide sensor that provides quick response, is non-depleting, and will not fail to zero reading, thereby protecting your process.
