Flow Sensors

Data Industrial impeller flow sensors offer an accurate, repeatable, economical way to measure the flow of liquids in any pipe, metallic or non-metallic, from 1/2" to over 40" in diameter-even at low flow rates.
DI's unique forward-swept, six bladed impeller design provides higher, more constant torque than four bladed impellers. Coupled with our proprietary non-magnetic sensing mechanism, they are less prone to fouling by particles or liquid-borne debris.

SDI Series

Small Diameter Insertion Flow Sensors

For general flow measurement applications in both metallic and non-metallic pipes. Mounts in a 1" NPT Thredolet or pipe saddle for installation.

Battery Powered Small Diameter Insertion Flow Sensors

For general flow measurement applications were power is unavailable in both metallic and non-metallic pipes. Mounts in a 1" NPT Thredolet or pipe saddle for installation.

200 Series

Brass, Stainless & PVC Insert Flow Sensors	For general flow measurement applications in both metallic and non-metallic pipes. Mounts in a 2" NPT Thredolet or pipe saddle for installation.

IR Series Flow Sensors	"Environmentally hardened" versions of our standard sensors, IR Series sensors are designed for any outdoor or underground applications where flooding or ice may be a problem.

Metallic Tee-Type Flow Sensors	Brass/Bronze or stainless steel sensors mounted in brass Malleable iron, or stainless steel tees, with a sensor mounted in a cast bronze housing.

Thermoplastic Tee-Type Flow Sensors	Combine tees made from PVC with sensors (electronic housing) made from PPS or PVDF for applications that use non-metallic piping.

Wireless Flow Sensor System	The wireless flow sensor system includes the flow sensor, RF transmitter and RF receiver. Installation no longer requires expensive trenching, drilling, or digging to install power or I/O wiring.

PVC/PVDF
Sensors

Designed specifically for low flow applications. PVDF versions are compatible with all piping systems including SYGEF, KYNAR, Super Proline and Sani-Tech. Available in 1/2", 3/4", and 1" Pipe sizes.
